“ A hidden gem and my favourite Cantonese cuisine! Their roast meats such as roast duck, crispy pork belly, char siu are the best especially the roast duck (as you can see from my photos) The skin is crispy packed with flavours and not too fatty. It is a must try if you ever visit! They have a wide range of food selections to choose from similar to the traditional HK cafe as well as bubble teas, smoothies etc. You will also get to experience the HK cafe vibe which can be a bit noisy and crowded. Most of their dishes have the authentic taste. Price wise it is very reasonable too and big portions. Customer service wise it’s not too bad and service charge is optional. They are mostly busy on the weekends until late afternoon like after 5pm and walk-ins only. Highly recommended if you love roast duck and affordable meal that taste amazing and don’t mind the noisy and busy atmosphere. There’s also a massive parking lot where you can park for free. ”
“ It tastes so great, that is really authentic Hong Kong style Cha Chaan Tang. Super yummy, with good price and good portion!!! Definitely worth to come to try !!! I like their fired rice, aubergine rice and lemon tea, the taste of Hong Kong ”
“ Been here many many times while shopping in Wing Yip - my favourite dishes are the prawn dumplings in soup, roast duck and crispy roast pork with rice. The chilli oil is good too. The only mark down is the crowd and perhaps sharing of tables if you’re dining alone or with one more. Best time to come is early in the morning before the lunch crowd! Recommended! ”
“ GREAT FOOD AND VERY AUTHENTIC VIBE! We lived few years in Hong Kong and after moving here to London we were a bit concerned, where we will find very similar style food as we had in HK basically on every corner... After discovering Wing Yip and Reindeer Cafe inside I was soo happy! Food is very delicious and you getting this HK vibe there. Everyone is super friendly and you will fined there HK style pastries as well! I do adore this place for many reasons, it reminds me my time when I lived in Hong Kong, food is delicious and I just love the vibe. ”
“ Great Hong Kong style cafe. They offer nice Chinese roasts, Chinese bakery, a variety of plated rice and noodle dishes and other a la carte dishes. Food is authentic and flavoursome. The Chinese roast is of a good standard. The staff are friendly. It is always busy so it is quite a nice atmosphere. For some, it maybe a bit noisy. The price is reasonable. They do not add service charge by default, it is discretionary. It’s a great place to get some yummy Chinese food with minimum of fuzz. Highly recommended. ”
“ The Reindeer is a very, very good Cantonese eatery by the side of Wing Yip supermarket at Staples Corner, with excellent fast service and dishes that hit the spot! And great value portions too! A family favourite, highly recommended ”
“ Me and my family always dine at this cafe after we finished shopping. We live near Heathrow and the trip to just get there and eat the food is so worth. I cannot express how AMAZING the food is at this place. They are by far the best Chinese restaurant/cafe I have ever been to. The 3 piece meat, belly pork, roast duck and rice is excellent same with the sweet and sour pork. All the meals come in huge portions. The sauce is so different to your other Chinese takeaways, we got told it's the chef's specialty. I highly recommend you try this. ”
“ The food here is always excellent. It is made to a high quality and is reasonably affordable, and portion sizes are very generous. My favourite is the roast duck, which is just incredible, but I would also recommend the laksa as it is very unique and very generous with toppings. The only downside is the staff can be initimidating and judgemental. As well as the restaurant, the bakery is also amazing and their crispy top pork buns are so good that I have had them at least 10 times now, and will keep going back for them. ”
